Visa2NZ Limited is a New Zealand based company, active in providing quality Visa and Immigration services to clients from all over the world. We use Immigration Advisers who are certified by New Zealand “Immigration Advisers Authority” (IAA) to provide high quality consulting services to our customers. Our End to End approach makes any visa or immigration application hassle free to clients as we take ownership and manage all communications and transactions with INZ on behalf of our customers. What we do

We start by focusing on applicant's detailed information like age, qualifications, work experience, English proficiency, marital status and more to find out which visa or Immigration option is the best solution. In doing this, we use Immigration Act and our experience to provide advice. Then in application stage, we help our clients to provide needed evidence and documents in the proper format requested by INZ. Also, we take care of administration services and customer representation for Residency and Temporary Visa types. Some of the visa applications we handle are Skilled Migrant Category, Investment, Entrepreneurship, Student and Work visas.

How we work

At Visa2NZ, our aim is always to get the best result out of each application and the first step to do that is to spend enough time on understand detailed customer requirements. We follow INZ (Immigration New Zealand) processes and also apply Immigration knowledge and experience, tailored to match the specific requirements of each client on a case by case approach. As part our strategy, we always adhere to our “Code of conduct” and are committed to 100% transparency when it comes to INZ communications or customer interactions.

We keep track of our communications and customer application files for a minimum of 7 years for future references by INZ and are fully compliant with New Zealand Immigration Act 2009 and Immigration Amendment Act 2015. Our performance is being monitored by Immigration office and we are responsible to provide adequate response to customer complaints according to our Internal Complaints Procedure, as well as complaints sent to IAA and New Zealand Jurisdiction system.

Directors

Ali Sarbandi, Licensed Immigration Adviser, IAA Licence number: 201500826 Ali is an IAA Certified Immigration Adviser with a Telecommunication Engineering background as well as several years of Management experience. He immigrated to New Zealand using Skilled Migration Category visa in 2011 and has first hand experience on immigration processes and complexities. He has been giving advice for free to friends since then but decided to pass GCNZIA courses and become a licensed immigration adviser and officially provide advice to clients.
